The MacArthur Company

For over 20 years, The MacArthur Company ("TMC", a Single Family Office) has led companies on six continents in 50+ countries to "think differently so you can do differently". Based in Morocco for 12 years, we bring a growth mindset to partnering, teaching, and leading local investors to break through their fears of failure and achieve their dreams of building a stronger economic future for our continent. We started by investing in Morocco but now work Pan-African. Our team is partnering with BMCE Bank of Africa to bring international investors from Silicon Valley, New York, London, Europe, Middle East and China to Africa for investing in the under-represented entrepreneurs that are launching and scaling businesses in all 54 countries. Our team models the skills needed in the 21st Century: baby-boomers and millennials, Moroccans, and Americans, Senegalese and British. Founded by Deborah MacArthur, a retired Accenture Change Management Partner, TMC leads entrepreneurs, investors and philanthropists to utilize their time, talent and assets to make the world better than we found it. Our sister company, Global-Lights, seeks to stop the brain drain across the African continent. We match African talent to multinational careers on the continent from entry level to mid-level to senior management so that multinationals can find the best of local talent to meet their expansion goals.
